Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched by our channel partner, whichever occurs earlier. The refunded amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account, after deducting applicable standard payment gateway transaction charges.
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours or after the order is dispatched, the request will be rejected, and the customer must accept delivery of the material. Accepted cancellation requests will be processed within 10 working days, with the refunded amount transferred to the customer's bank account.
